Delmar pizza has a very good taste. If u bring an item that they don't offer they'll let you put it on your pizza. They don't carry chorizo and its very popular back in Massachusetts where im from.Im so glad i finally after 16 years of being in Delaware that u had the chorizo pizza had good dreams that night.2 thumbs up
Pizza more than earned a 5 star, not sure what the cheese blend is they use but YUM! It made a really good pizza amazing. We went on Saturday night and it was busy but we were seated immediately which was great...what wasn't as great was no one came to take our drink order for 15 minutes after seating but we were watching other tables get seated and drink orders taken immediately, not sure where we got missed but our service was kinda like that all night. Friendly staff when someone took time to check on us was just no one seemed to be assigned our table and felt a little ignored, especially when tables around us were being greeted quickly. I really hope this was just a misstep in service that night for us... we shall see because the pizza will have us returning to try more. ***We returned today and had a totally different experience. As soon as we got seated, our waitress was there to take our drink order. Service today was wonderful, prompt, and so friendly. I think previous trip was just a fluke
I ordered the spicy pig pizza. It was very good with a nice little kick. The Italian sausage and pepperoni have really good flavor. I also ordered a chesse calzone with their cheese blended with ricotta cheese. It was amazing, the homemade marinara sauce was amazing. I travel for work so I've had pizza from all over the country, this one definitely ranks in my top 10.
It has been 30 years since I last ate at Delmar Pizza. My husband and I returned to Delaware for a visit and we're looking forward to the nostalgia of our younger years. We were not disappointed the food was just as we remembered, if not better! Thank you for the wonderful service and the delicious food!
Had a pizza and some wings. Really enjoyed it. Went again this past Friday. Had another pizza and it was really good. Also got a cheeseburger, fries and onion rings. Loved it all. The cheeseburger was a good basic burger. Or server was Drew and he was really attentive and friendly. This will be my regular pizza place.
Delmarva Pizza is awesome. I just tried the ‘Brownie a La Mode.’ It was delicious. The Pizza was also delicious as well. * I have a suggestion, can you try and put some Lemon or vanilla or strawberry cake next time on the dessert menu?.* * I’m not much of a chocolate person.* I can’t wait to come back again.
Wonderful locally owned pizza spot! Food is wonderful and prices are very reasonable. We always get the Delmar Special (now renamed Delmar Wildcat Special) which is basically their version of a supreme. The Salads are large enough to share at the table and the deserts are housemade. This visit we tried the Carrot Cake and the Blueberry Cheesecake. I only tried the cheesecake and it's one of the best I've had - it was flavorful, creamy and not heavy at all. Both deserts disappeared pretty quickly! Bathroom: Was well decorated with an updated grey and black theme. It was clean and paper towels are provided
Yes and we loved it food was excellent and they even have md crab soup that was good and the pizza was delicious
